Board meeting change for the foreseeable future. All board meetings are being moved back to the 3rd Thursday of the month starting November 15th 2007. Unfortunately the expected attendance did not materialize for the Saturday schedule as hoped. The Board Members appreciate all of those regular attendees. An open discussion forum will be held for 30min after the board meeting. Come early to be put on the list of speakers.
Heavy Trash is picked up on the Fourth Thursday of each month south of Dairy Ashford and the Fourth Friday of each month, north of Dairy Ashford. Please do not put your items out before the Wednesday of Heavy Trash week. Help keep our neighborhood looking good. It is also against the City ordinance to be out more than 1 week before pickup day, and you can be fined.

Update of the January 14 town hall meeting. About 60 Homeowners attended with very fruitful give and take. 99 percent of the attendees agreed on the need for improvements in the community and also agreed that raising the Assessment fee will be a good thing to do. The amount originally discussed was $175.00 which we all agreed would not be enough to meet the need. The board was authorized to come up with a number that would be more realistic above the proposed number and hold another meeting in March with a presentation for approval and documents to be notarized upon approval. Other community items were discussed, such as reinstituting yard of the month, and so on, after the March meeting with focus on getting the change approved by 75 percent of the homeowners. We will post the information here regarding the March meeting date and time. Thanks to all who came, and we look forward to having greater attendance in March.
